Medecins Sans Frontieres is an international independent medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from health care, MSF France is recruiting for the implementation of a Research Study in Chiradzulu, a suitable candidate
“Assist in overall coordination of the study and ensure specific assigned tasks within the research project
Keep clear, concise and accurate patient records in the CRFs, Respect the confidentiality of all written records and reports, Conduct screening record patient history/complaints as outlined in the Study Case Report Forms (CRF), Perform clinical examination as detailed in the study CRF, Request lab investigations as detailed in study CRF, request chest x-ray, Ensure accurate and timely documentation of the case report forms (CRFs) for each patient, Follow the SOPs outlined for each study, Ensure that the std CRFs are returned to the OR epidemiologist at the specified intervals, liaise with MoH clinical staff and collaborate on results of patients tests, Attend any clinical meetings as requested by MSF Med Co or MOH DHO
Contract details – 6 months contract with 6 weeks probation period, Intended starting date 2nd November
Clinical Officer qualification with current registration, Experience in treatment/management of patients with HIV/ADS and TB, Previous experience in Public Health research is an asset, Previous experience with MSF or other humanitarian medical organisations an added advantage
