Medecins Sans Frontieres-Belgium is an international, medical, non-governmental humanitarian organisation that assists populations in distress in more than 60 countries around the world.  In Malawi, MSF works in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in integrated HIV/AIDS projects in Thyolo, Nsanje, Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mwanza Districts 
 
Join one of the foremost humanitarian organisations in the world in a key role in MSF’s  implementation of a comprehensive model of HIV prevention and care for Sex Workers
 
Support the development of comprehensive HIV care services and prevention programme for people engaged in sex work in different places of Nsanje District, The Paramedical Team Supervisor will provide services during outreach interventions and during clinics in health centres, those activities being in close partnership with staff from the Ministry of Health, The person should be ready to work in one of the remotest area of Malawi (Nsanje District)
 
Support the implementation and dissemination of a comprehensive IV/ART model of care which is available to Sex Workers and their clients/partners in Nsanje district, Build capacity of MoH staff for providing ART, STI and FP care to sex workers and their clients/partners, Develop strategies for meeting the health needs of sex workers at District level, Ensure high quality and appropriate clinical care delivery during the clinics, Participate in activities of sensitisation in the provision of Sex Workers friendly Services, Collaborate and maintain relationships with Internal and External partners to support the program, Participate actively in the monitoring and Evaluation planning as well as data collection and analysis
 
Previous work experience in HIV/AIDS of at least 5 yrs, Previous experience developing and implementing health or community programs, Previous experience working with Sex Workers or other key populations, Previous experience with an NGO is an advantage
 
Educational Qualification - Registered Nurse
 
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, Skills in technical guidance to MOH staff, Ability to prioritise and multi task, Fluent in English and Chichewa, written and spoken, Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Windows, Power Point
 
Experience in a well-known, professionally recognised, international medical humanitarian organisation, Salary package and benefits comparable to other non-profit organisations
