Project Manager – Pamoza/Sort (Lilongwe Based) - Catholic Relief Services Malawi
To provide managerial, programmatic and logistical supervision and backstopping to field-based partner staff and community-based volunteers assisting with implementation of the PAMOZA and SORT projects, Responsibilities will include providing management oversight and technical support, guiding the engagement with the Care Group implementation structure, households and smallholder farmer groups, leading monthly and quarterly progress review and planning sessions to enhance performance, meeting program and budget targets while incurring donor compliance, The Project Manager should ensure that the several project objectives to empower communities to maintain good nutrition and food security and to improved food security and resilience among vulnerable households are achieved by ensuring that the project strategies are effectively implemented and monitored, About 40-50% of the project manager’s time will be spent in Karonga
