Diploma or certificate inn development Studies or any related field, Relevant work experience in implementing similar projects, Experience in training and facilitation of CMDRR, excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills, Ability to work within tight deadlines

Any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time, Address complaints from the beneficiaries, Set up and monitor beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms, Disseminate key messages in agriculture, HIV and AIDS, nutrition, gender and environment, Monitor cash transfer exercise, Liaising with financial service provider on capacity building for financial literacy, Ensuring beneficiary access to cash transfers form financial service providers, Conduct beneficiary registration, Conduct beneficiary verification, Conduct beneficiary targeting, Conduct community mobilisation and sensitisation meetings
