A leading Engineering Consultancy firms I urgently seeking the services of a qualified Quantity Surveyor to work on one of its major infrastructure development project construction sites

Should possess a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying plus a minimum of 7 yrs work experience on large infrastructure projects. He/she must be a self starter and hand son person, highly motivated, hardworking, and willing to learn new things

S/he is expected to be quite conversant with standard industry practice and procedures and should be able to take on the following responsibilities

Keep track of and overview of all measurable quantities related to the contract, initiative and sector measurements of all re-measurable quantities, Review application for interim payments from the contractor, and prepare Interim Payment Certificates for approval, Assist the Project Manager in contractual matters, Draft monthly reports and quarterly cost reports Participate in the day to -ay supervision of the construction works
