Finance Officer – Family Planning Association of Malawi – Lilongwe

Reporting to the Finance Manager

Will support the finance function in ensuring financial compliance and timely processing and documentation of payments

Review payments to ensure complete documentation, Ensure that all payments are accurately and timely captured, Support programs in disbursement of funds during trainings, File documents in a systematic manner

Accounting Diploma, Level 2 ACCA or equivalent qualification, Hand son knowledge of Sage or any accounting software desirable, At least 3 yrs relevant experience, Able to work with minimum supervision, Should have NGO experience, Analytical skills
