Training Secretary/Office Administrator
Peace Corps, an International development Agency of the US Govt has an immediate opening for a Temporary Secretary/Office Administrator for its Pre-Service Training Unit in Kasungu, This position is for initial 3 months period with possibilities of extension and further contracts, The duty station will be in Kasungu.
Applicants should have at least 3 yrs of progressively responsible working experience in the same field, Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
Completion of secondary school and some vocational training in typing and secretarial work, Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related field would be an added advantage, Ability to multi-task and provide logistical support and procurement, Time Management and effective verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English, The ability to work as a team member and prior experience working in a multi-cultural setting
