Human Resource Management Officer- MASM Medi Clinic

To ensure availability to adequate, committed and well skilled human resource for successful implementation of Company strategy

Support development of an organisational culture that reflects value sand promotes accountability and high performance, Help establish, maintain and improve active and trustful working relationships between managers and employees, Ensure the company complies with care delivery operating standards, Prove management with accurate and timely reports on human resource management and development, Supervise implementation HR practices and processes, Provide ethical oversight and leadership actors the Company, Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to the Company Policies and procedures, Ensures appropriate recruitment, motivation, retention and succession planning, Translate, and communicate and apply terms and conditions of service, Policies and best practices, Prepare and issue all employment and consultancy contracts, Ensure maintenance of updated information on staff salaries, allowances and income tax calculations in compliance with current laws and regulations, Lead implementation and maintenance of performance management system, Monitor and advice on disciplinary matters in accordance with established policies and procedures, Mediate conflict, grievances and harassment cases, manage hr date case, In consultation with Heads of Depts plan for training and other capacity building, Evaluate impact of training on performance and attitude towards work, Ensure the recruitment, training and promotion of staff as appropriate, Incorporate staff development strategies and performance management system into team building process, Manage staff budgets, Establish results based system and follow-ups

Minimum of 4 yrs in management and development of human resource, Bachelor degree in human Resources management, Business administration and or postgraduate specialisation in management of human resource for health, In-depth knowledge of employee relations and current employment legislation, Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multi-discipline  tams, Competent level skills in IT applications
