Applications are invited from suitable qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Supervisor tenable at “MULTI-CLEAN” a contract cleaning company – City Centre opposite Gemini House or PUMA Filling Station, The applicant should be in good health, strong, energetic, highly motivated, mature knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated and professionally qualified person in this contract cleaning services, A candidate should possess skills of team working spirit, supervisory, leadership, work and staff management skills

To supervise and inspect cleaning staff to all our cleaning sites and ensure progress of work is maintained all times, To motivate cleaners and master spirit of hard working and cleaning skills, To report work progress and staff performance every day, To organise and able to allocate cleaners to each ones position in time at every break intervals

Minimum of MCSE or its equivalent, Diploma or certificate in public relation and leadership skills obtained from a recognised institution, Minimum experience of at least 3 yrs in similar field of the job, Minimum age of 35/45 yrs and should be from within the Lilongwe city urban,
