MASM Medi Clinics ltd is one of the leading health care providers in Malawi with leading medical clinics in Blantyre, Lilongwe, Zomba and Mzuzu, the Clinics serve both medically insured ad non insured patients and clients, To strengthen management of finance and administration the Company invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following vacant position
Finance and Administration Manager- MASM Medi Clinic

To administer, direct and monitor all company financial activities and keeps the Executive Management and the Board of Directors informed of the Financial matters of the company, S/he advises Management and the Board on financial matters affecting the company

Builds capacity of accounts and administration staff and measure their performance, Compile concise reports for Management and the Board of Directors, Supervise accounting, administration, ICT, Credit and Collection, Coordinate preparation of annual operating budgets, Monitor capital asset expenditures and depreciation, Ensure production of accurate financial reports with detailed analysis of financial statements and variances, Monitor capital asset expenditures and depreciation, Ensure sound credit and collection policy implementation, Ensure that the company is compliant to all laws and regulations including tax and labour laws, Maintain effective revenue cycle processes to keep accounts receivable at an acceptable level, Ensure that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis, Ensure that monthly financial statements and daily working capital management reports are completed and distributed on tie, Employ a system of responsible accounting including budgeting, Leads implementation of financial control systems, Works with departmental managers to impellent financial plans and productivity benchmarks and monitor progress toward financial goals, Provide proactive, sound guidance on management of assets and investments, Develop financial goals and objectives from the Corporate Strategy

Accountable to oneself and the Executive Management, Ambition to set challenging but achievable goals, Collaborates well with his/her team, Creative and innovative

Minimum of 5 yrs experience in similar position including experience in the development of strategies and operational support services plans and their implementation, Must be a Certified Public Accountant (ACCA, or CIMA or ICA) with 3 yrs of post qualification experience, Those with or studying towards an MBA would have added advantage, Must clearly and confidently demonstrate working knowledge of Financial and Health Management Information Systems
