Reporting to the Director of Programs and development the
Experience in working with grassroots, NGOs, Multilateral and Bilateral Donor agencies, Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, Team management
Highly developed computer application skills, High interpersonal skills and ability to be a team member, Excellent communication skills
Masters Degree in Public Health, or any relevant Health related field, with not less than 3 yrs experience
Liaising with other MRCS sectors, volunteers and NGOs to ensure that health programmes are well coordinated, Mobilisation and management of resources, including timely reporting to the Consortium Committee and partners, Ensuring effective liaison and linkage on the program’s activities with govt especially with the MOH, Organising development communications in health related trainings and workshops, Monitoring and evaluating implementation of Community Resilience Programme strategy in collaboration with component counterparts, Preparing and managing the plan sand budgets for the Community Resilience Programme, Participating as a member of the Management team in project design and delivery, policy formulation, staff and resource management meetings, Identifying staff capacity development gaps needed for the effective implementation of related programme and/or MRCS strategic plan, Communicating progress, success and challenges to the Consortium Steering Committee in close cooperation with the counterpart advisor
