Site Technician – Partners in Health
Reports to Maintenance Officer, Location: Dambe, Neno District
The primary responsibility of the Site Technician is to oversee the maintenance and fixing of al basic electrical, plumbing and furniture breakings
To carry out various preventive and corrective maintenance duties to ensure that the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises is satisfactory
Repair furniture, windows, and doors as required,
Ability to respond to feedback as related to position responsibilities, Ability to respond to frequently shifting needs with flexibility in a complex environment, willingness and ability to learn skills as related to infrastructure, Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with strong individual initiative, Basic computer skills will have an added advantage, Excellent communication and personal organisation skills, Knowledge of infrastructure topics (plumbing, electrical, pumps, wastewater systems, masonry0, Those with experience in a hospital setting will have an added advantage, Qualification in both electrical and plumbing preferred, Minimum 5 yrs of experience performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, MSCE, Grade II qualification plus in at least one of the following trades: electrical or plumbing
