Qualification and skills
- Master degree relevant to the assignment (Public Finance Management or equivalent) or a bachelor degree with 5 years relevant experience additional to the general professional experience or a certified chartered accountant with 10 years relevant experience additional to the general professional experience.
- Member of a national or international accounting or auditing body or institution which in turn is member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
- Good personal and communication skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience
- Minimum of 12 years experience in public finance management.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of public and statutory bodies' account auditing in infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in public account auditing in developing countries.
