Qualification and skills
- Master degree relevant to the assignment (Engineering, transport economics, project management or equivalent).
- Good personal and communication skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
General professional experience
- Minimum of 12 years experience in roads engineering and construction conflicts/disputes resolution.
Specific professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of diversified experiences in road construction projects, including claim and dispute management, preferably in developing countries,
- Preferably relevant experience in technical and/or financial control of infrastructure projects, preferably in developing countries.
The Team Leader will have the overall responsibility of quality control, compiling the report and maintaining the link with the NAO and EU Delegation.
