A strong Business Management related Degree from a reputable institution with 5 yrs practical experience in managerial position, Those having an MBA will have an added advantage, Dedicated Christian of sound standing in their local church
A personal sense of God’s cal to work within a church and preparedness to travel for mission work, a person who is accurate, diligent, obedient and thorough in carrying out tasks, A person with high level of intelligence, integrity and perceptivity, Teamleader with excellent interpersonal skills, A team player with excellent people management skills, Creative and innovative, Strong negotiation skills, Strong communication skills in both written and oral, Strong analytical skills, Ability to work under pressure, Strong organisational and managerial skills, maturity and entreprenurial skills, Must not be less than 30 yrs of age
This is a senior management position reporting to the General Overseer. The incumbent will be responsible for all businesses and investments of the church and the work will include but not limited to the following
Coordinate implementation of Resource mobilisation and investment strategy of the institution, Develop and maintain strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve objectives of the institution, Oversee performance of business entities in line with set targets, Review monthly reports for Senior Management, Prepare reports for Board and Executive Council meetings, Provide leadership to the directorate
