Systems and infrastructure Specialist
Assist in the implementation and support of WAN, VLAN, and LAN solutions, Backup, Data Recovery and Data Loss Protection systems, Domain servers, active directory and all objects, Database systems, email and messaging solutions, Systems security, Windows updates and patches, Firewalls and intrusion detection systems
The Systems and Infrastructure (S&I) Specialist, reporting to the Head of Information Technology is responsible for implementing measures to ensure that the company’s software, hardware and other messaging solutions work in an efficient manner, In addition, the S&I Specialist as a custodian of the company’s information technology systems and infrastructure is responsible for resource allocation, security, data loss, prevention and performance tuning
Hands on knowledge of MS Exchange 2010 Mail Server , Oracle or DB2 Database, Network Security/software, VMWare, Redhat Linux Enterprise, Windows Server Active Directory, Backup systems, Disaster prevention and recovery, data Centre Administration, Symantec End Point Protection Administration
Bachelors Degree with Computing bias, Minimum of 2-3 yrs of systems and infrastructure, implementation and support experience, preferably gained in a financial institution, Planning and organising skills,

The Delivery Channels and Support Officer reporting to the Delivery Channels Manager, supports the company’s self service portals, branch infrastructure and all service delivery channels
Oversee installation of new Automatic Teller Machines (TMs) and Point of Sale (POS) Devices, Provide first line ATM and POS support, Monitor customer Self-Service Channels Uptime, Provide first-line support for VISA and electronic money services, Take a leading role in the implementation of new self-service channels or upgrade of existing channels, Participate in Branch implementation and support branch infrastructure, User system training
