Manager – Human Resources Development – TNM

Reporting to the Head of Division –Human Resources , the Manager Human Resources development will be responsible for managing the learning and professional development of TNM’s workforce

Develops HR training and development strategies after considering immediate and long term staff requirements, Assesses and analyses training needs to drive training initiatives, Plans and directs training and development programs including staff inductions, Manages leadership and specialists career development programs, Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to education, enhance and recognise performance, Designs and implements appropriate learning and development strategies, Promotes an open knowledge sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and services for the benefit of the whole organisation

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent, 5 yrs experience in human resource management or training and development, Ability to deliver programs to high quality, Leadership and strong management  skills, energetic and enthusiastic to motivate and engage others, Personality credible with strong interpersonal skills, High integrity and approachability
