Principal – Chisapi Schools
The Principal will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of all Chisapi Private Schools, He/she will serve as the main link between the Board of Directors and various levels of Chisapi Schools
Bachelors Degree in Education, Those with Masters Degree in Education will have an added advantage, A minimum of 5 yrs working experience in school administration, Very strong strategic thinking skills aligned with the ability to implement and follow through, Progressively responsible experience in the design, implementation and management of school policies, Skills in the development and leadership of team approaches to accomplishment of Chisapi schools as’ goal and objectives, Ability to supervise professional development and support staff, excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with the Headmasters, teachers and support staff of Chisapi schools, Very strong analytical and organisational skills to develop creative recommendations and programs
