Plant Maintenance Foreman – 2 posts – Ilovo Sugar (Malawi) – Nchalo Estate
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Advanced Malawi Craft Certificate and NTTC Grade 1 in General Fitting plus Diploma in Engineering, South African Artisan Trade test Certificate, At least 5 yrs working experience in factory operations
Enforcing Illovo SHERQ procedures and ensuring compliance at all times, Ensuring that quality of work performed by respective section complies with Illovo specifications and standards, Ensuring that extraction performance is maximised by maintaining all mechanical equipment, controlling mechanical maintenance material budgets, regularly reviewing artisan work standards and ensuring that staff are training and proficient in tier positions in all respective sections, Ensuring that scheduled maintenance is planned and carried out as per stop day/off crop plan
