Project Coordinator – 1 – We Effect – Head Office – Lilongwe
Coordinate project activities, Liaise with other partner member organisations on project implementation, develop workplans and budgets for the project, Coordinate activities, activity budgets and reports from field staff on a monthly basis and submit to Finance for funds disbursement, Support field staff in contributing to the project work efficiently, Ensure project activities achieve their objectives in a cost effective and timely manner, Ensure close collaboration between partners, Govt and local institutions, Take responsibility for project administrations which includes development and submission of budgets for project activities, Coordinate review meetings with relevant stakeholders, Ensure that We Effect is well represented in relevant partner forums, Review workplans and reports from field staff, Support, supervise and monitor project implementation by field officers, Communicate with the field staff on day to day project activities, Conduct
staff appraisals for project staff, Any other business as may be assigned by the Programme Director.

Minimum Masters Degree in Natural Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field from reputable institution, At least 5 yrs working experience with International NGOs in Project Management, Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills, Strong background in Project Management, focusing on NRM and Gender, Experience in working with donor funded projects will be an added advantage
