Reporting to Lab Manager, the Laboratory Assistant will participate in the day to day operations of the clinic
Certificate in Biomedical Science, Diploma added advantage and registered with the Medical Council of Malawi, National ART Certificate, At least 2 yrs experience, Should be able to carry out basic laboratory tests, that should include CD4 Count analysis using BD FacsCount machine and Full Blood Count (FBC), Should understand Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Infection prevention (IP), Should work under minimal supervision, and self starter, Ability to work in a team oriented environment a MUST
