Fleet Supervisor

Reporting to the Finance Manager – OPEX, the Fleet Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising all drivers and ensuring that all TNM vehicles are in good working condition
Oversees routines and adhoc maintenance for all TNM vehicles, Monitors and ensures that all fleet operations are in compliance with TNM policies, Ensures that all TNM vehicles are insured, Monitors motor vehicle fuel usage for all vehicles, Ensures that administrative controls implemented are working, Produces monthly fleet management report
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering, At least 3 yrs relevant working experience.

Engineer – GSM RAN


Reporting to the BSS Supervisor, the GSM RAN Engineer shall be responsible or GSM (2G and 3G) Network Operations and maintenance in various fields (BTS, Node B, Transmission and AC and DC power), Performs BSS and transmission capacity upgrades and optimisation, Performs BSS and transmission project implementation, Resolves technical customer complaint, Ensures that BSS network availability and quality are meeting the set GSM standards, Operates, maintains and supports on 2G and 3G BSS network elements, Maintains and supports 2G and 3G network elements

Engineer – WiMAX


Reporting to the Senior Engineer –WiMAX, the Engineer WiMAX shall be responsible for the optimisation performance improvement and troubleshooting of the WiMAX Network, ensuring that the services are available with appropriate resources

Senior Technical Officer- BSC


Reporting to the Manager – Regional Technician, the Senior-Technical Officer – BSC shall be responsible for managing Network operations in various fields (TC, BSC, RNC and PCU) to exceed customer expectation
Managed Base Station Controller (BSc), Radio Network Controller (RNC), TC and PCU operation, maintenance and sport, Maintains Base Station an d Node B operations, Manages and implements GSM network elements disaster recovery plan, Troubleshoots BSC, RNC, TC and PCU network elements with performance degradation, Supervises network parameters and consistency check of network element database analysis, Manages BSC, RNC, TC and PCU capacity upgrade and optimisation, Resolves technical customer complaints
