Senior Maintenance Supervisor – Mwaiwathu Private Hospital Limited
Provide leadership ad supervision to the maintenance team, Provide effective upkeep of hospital equipment and facilities in liaison with heads of depts. and hospital management, devise preventive maintenance plans and ensure that they are executive, Prepare maintenance budgets and ensure they are adhered to, Supervise maintenance contractors hired by the hospital, Compile reports for management’s decision making
Bachelor of Science in Medical Engineering preferred, Diploma holders in Engineering with extensive experience in a busy maintenance environment may be considered, , 5 yrs of work experience in a busy maintenance dept preferably in a hospital setting, Work experience in hospital setting would be an added advantage, Excellent time management skills and ability to handle complex workloads, Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills , Excellent problem solving and technical analytical skills, Excellent computer skills, Willingness to work during odd hours is essential
