Business Development and sales Manager – Data Services
Have successful record of developing new business, should also have effective leadership skills with a passion for marketing, business development and sales, coupled following attributes
Ability to work independently without close supervision, A strong focus on meeting sales targets and the ability to work in a highly professional team environment, An outgoing personality with strong customer orientation, Ability to generate leads and turn them into sales, Creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, Ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships, Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Tenable in Blantyre and reporting to the Head of Business Development and Sales – Head Office
Lead Business Development and Sales activities for our Data Services Division in the Enterprise and Govt Markets in order that organisational goals are realised, Be the key interface with Malswitch clients and business partners, Marketing and selling of all Malswitch data Services comprising Wide Area Networks, ISP and Hosting Services, Providing comprehensive business development reports to executive management
Be between 25 and 35 yrs of age, Be a holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration or other Marketing-biased university degree, Be a holder of Post graduate Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, Have at least 4 yrs experience in selling technical products and services, Those with a Masters degree ill have an added advantage
