Concern Worldwide is an international NGO with its headquarters in Ireland, working in 27 countries in Africa, Asia and Caribbean, in Malawi we started our work in 2002.  We are currently working in the district of Mchinji, Nkhotakota, Lilongwe and Nsanje implementing programmes in Food, Income and Markets, Health and Nutrition, and Education, Concern Worldwide is well known for its innovative and quality programmes and promotes learning and staff development for its staff through training. 
Concern worldwide is currently searching for motivated, talented and hardworking individuals for the following position.
Partnership Support Officer – Lilongwe (Food income and Markets Programme),  Salary range K301,747-K358,381  

To coordinate, implement and facilitate Concern Worldwide’s Conservation Agriculture (CA) project at the TA level

Identify, in conjunction with the Project Manager, displaced households and affected households to participate in the project, Build the organisational capacity of Village Development Committees and beneficiary groups/clubs, Implement a continuous training scheme for beneficiaries concerning the various agricultural/agribusiness, organizational capacity building and natural resource management activities, Coordinate inputs supplied to beneficiaries in close cooperative with the Project Manager and local Ministry of Agriculture Extension staff (AEDEC), Facilitate participatory planning and strategy development with TA/EPA partners to meet Area Development targets and objectives at TA/EPA level, Ensure that all project interventions are carried out with full participation of the community and other stakeholders, Develop with beneficiaries/communities monitoring and evaluation plans, ensuring these feed into the Project M&E plan at an area and national
level, Conduct regular meetings with beneficiaries and partners within the TA to track progress in achieving monthly, quarterly, annual and overall objectives and targets, Prepare regular implementation reports for presentation to Concern Worldwide and counterparts on the program, Facilitate partners to collect data for effective monitoring, influencing management decisions and planning 
Minimum formal qualification at Certificate, Higher Diploma preferred in the field of agriculture/agronomy or rural development, At least 2 yrs experience in participatory project implementation and/or agricultural extension work, Expertise in agriculture and agribusiness planning, Expertise in environmentally sustainable farming/NRM systems, Experience in working with volunteer farmer extension systems, Strong facilitation and communication skills, Candidates must be prepared to ride a motorcycle
