Zonal M&E Coordinator - Dignitas International
Experience with conducting operating research ion health programs, Experience with USG/PEPFAR performance management requirements, Familiarity with Department of HIV/AIDS and other MOH M&E tools, Capacity to undertake statistical analysis with SPSS/STATA/SAS, Advanced computer skills with preference for expertise with MS Excel, (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables), Experience in implementing M&E activities preferably in HIV/AIDS programming, Bachelors Degree in Demography, Epidemiology, Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant field
Supports the development of HIV-related M&E related M&E activities in 6 of the districts of the SEZ (Balaka, Machinga, Mulanje, Mangochi, Phalombe, and Zomba), S/he provides technical support to DI district team/s and MoH District/facility HMIS Officers to promote timey collection, analysis and utilisation of data for decision making, also oversees and supports DI District M&E Officers
Manage a team of District M&E Officer(s) to ensure that activities and data are monitored and evaluated in a timely, efficient and effective manner, Strengthen their technical capacity by sharing experiences and providing professional development guidance, in conjunction with the M&E Coordinator, Contribute to overall program planning to integrate M&E into DI district program activities, Contribute to ongoing development of an organisation-wide core set of indicators, Keep up to date on M&E initiatives in Malawi with regards to routinely collect data for integrated PMTCT/ART and TB/HIV programs, Support and monitor District M&E Officers on the collection, submission and interpretation of data, Support its integration into continuous quality improvement of the district medical programmes through timely facility level feedback through the district teams, , Support DI M&E team with training and capacity building on M&E related theory and practice to DHMTs
and frontline health workers, Contribute to posters, presentations, publications, policy briefs, summaries, reports and manuscripts for publication in national, regional and international settings, S/he will report directly to the M&E Coordinator
