LILONGWE BUREAU SUPERVISOR
Capital Radio LTD is looking for a suitable candidate to take up the position of Bureau Supervisor at our Lilongwe Office branch under the News and Current Affairs Department.
The Candidate should have:
Not less than three years experience working in a busy Newsroom in a supervisory and leadership role.
A minimum qualification of a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication or any media related field.
Ability to direct, coordinate and lead a team of Reporters ensuring all news stories are disseminated to the Head Office in a timely manner.
Demonstrate informed and transparent decision making and achieve set targets and objectives.
Ability to manage and oversee the day to day running of the Lilongwe News Bureau.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines.
Candidates with additional management or leadership qualifications will have an added advantage.
