Project Coordinator – Emmanuel international Malawi – Machinga and Zomba Districts
Overall responsibility for programme implementation and delivery of programme outcomes, including adherence to technical standards, staff management and budget management at all levels, Supervises and coordinates  activities of Zomba and Machinga District staff and also attend to UNICEF consultants assigned to the project providing expertise in specified areas, Overall supervision of E project staff in Zomba and Machinga Districts to ensure the development and implementation of workplans that address the expected programme outcomes for children, Responsible for preparing project reports on quarterly basis and as required non programme progress, Conduct ongoing programme reviews with both EI and UNICEF staff and ensure timely necessary modifications where possible, Liaises with district stakeholders and collaborators to share information, coordinate activities and avoid duplication in implementation of programmes, Identify analysis and disseminate best practices from the project and possible ways to replication within the project, the district and across the district, Preparing detailed budgets, provide oversight in the management and reporting of the programme budgets, Track and monitor the utilization of project resources in accordance with applicable EI and UNICEF policies and procedures, Support the DSWO to ensure regular quarterly district technical Working group meetings are conducted, Establish linkages with key stakeholders implementing child protection and other HIV and AIDS programmes in the impact districts to strengthen referral and linkages, Oversees the project level information systems in order to fully respond to donor reporting requirements, Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly programmatic reports
Experience must reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above, Degree in the areas of public Health, Social Sciences/Social Work and development Studies, minimum of 5 yrs experience managing child protection programs, Excellent project planning, interpersonal and communication skills, Computer competency in word and Excel
