The position reports to the Project Manager and is based in Nairobi.
Job Specifications:-

Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation plan for the project and establish measurable indicators for interventions.

The M&E Officer will ensure monitoring toolsare developed and updated regularly and compile quarterly reports on performance as per donor requirements.

The incumbent will conduct trainings and support the project staff onM&E and identify priority areas of concern from the monitoring data and inform the project for action.

Regular documentation of processes, challenges and lessons learned will bevital function of this position.
The ideal candidate should have a first degree in Statistics, Social Sciences or its equivalent, with four (4) years of relevant experience and professional training in M&E.
