The positions report to the Medical Officer and are based in Nairobi.
Job Specifications:-

To provide day-to-day clinical assessment and diagnosis, classifications, management and follow-up of patients using the health set guidelines.

Carrying out PITC as appropriate, making correct diagnosis of ailments and managing opportunistic Infections.

Staging of HIV patients for Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) eligibility, initiating patients on ART, subsequent follow up and managing complications of ART.

Ensuring smooth flow of services in the health centre from OPD to the exit.

Coordinating training sessions in thehealth facility through CMEs and as part of the project activities.
The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and is registered with the Clinical Officers Council with a minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience and at least one (1) year of which must be in a busy HIV/AIDS programme (Comprehensive Care Centre).
