LECTURER IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (Re-Advertisement)
VACANCY NO: FB/M 10 /2013
Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) Teach Management courses to undergraduate and graduate students; courses, include, but are not limited to Human Resource Management (HRM) and Leadership; (ii) Supervise students’ research projects, theses and dissertations at both undergraduate and graduate levels; (iii) supervise students in internship (iv) Participate in all academic and professional activities of the department as well as community service, normally associated with a University lectureship; (v) Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements: Applicants should have: (i) at least a Masters’ Degree in Management or related fields; (ii) a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields with at least a second class, first division (2.1) pass/ GPA of at least 3.6; (iii) show evidence of engagement in research and service; (iv) a relevant PhD, teaching experience at a University or comparable institution preferably Human Resources Management and Leadership and demonstration of effective academic leadership will be added advantages.
