-Training in public nutrition with academic qualifications and at least 10 years professional experience, covering the formulation and/or implementation and/or evaluation of policies, programmes and projects in the area of nutrition and food security with specific experience in developing countries.
-S/he should be familiar with the least developments in the field of nutrition, including nutrition/food security national policies and latest international policies and strategies related to nutrition (including governance issues) at least 5 years of professional experience.
-S/he should be familiar with EU development policy and have a successful track record of working on policy documents and nutrition strategies of European institutions at least 3 years of professional experience
Senior n°2:
-Nutrition and Food Security specialist with relevant academic qualifications having at least 10 years professional experience in nutrition and food security programmes/projects.
-S/he should be familiar with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and food security including nutrition/food security national policies and programmes and field experience at least 5 years of professional experience.
-S/he will have experience in monitoring and evaluation systems: design, implementation, reporting of food and nutrition security at least 3 years of professional experience.
Senior n°3:
-Training in public nutrition and/or food security and/or public health with relevant academic qualifications and at least 10 years professional experience, with long-standing experience in countries in transition/humanitarian response.
-S/he should be familiar with the latest developments in the field of nutrition, including nutrition/food security national policies and latest international policies and strategies related to nutrition (including governance issues) at least 3 years of professional experience.
-She/he should be familiar with the analysis and drafting of policy and strategic documentation at international level related to nutrition/food security at least 3 years professional experience.
Senior n° 4-5-6:
-Nutrition and Food Security specialist with relevant academic qualifications having at least 10 years professional experience in nutrition and food security programmes/projects.
-They should be familiar with the latest developments in the field of nutrition and food security including nutrition/food security national policies and programmes and field experience at least 5 years of professional experience.
-They should be familiar with the international policies related to food security and nutrition. They shall be familiar with EU development policy and have a good knowledge of EC development cooperation programmes and procedures in the food and nutrition security field at least 3 years of professional experience.
Senior n°7:
-Public health and nutrition specialist (preferably medical doctor) with relevant academic qualification and at least 10 years professional experience with the following areas of expertise:
*Specialisation in the treatment of acute malnutrition(severe/moderate).
*Epidemiology.
*Nutrition research, including on treatment of malnutrition.
-S/he will have a good understanding of the latest development regarding nutrition products (including Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Foods, etc.) and a capacity to communicate clearly on technical issues.
