Guide and train smallholder farmer son all aspects of labour practices, Report on progress of activities on a weekly and monthly basis, Conduct Audits and collect data for monitoring and evaluating progress of smallholder Labour activities, Ensure all activities follow the approved operational plans, Prepare workplans and ensuring that daily output targets are achieved, Ensure all Agricultural Labour Practice activities are adequately supervised and performed according to company standards and in compliance with the country’s Labour Policy and Act
A Diploma in Agriculture from a recognised institution and at least 2 yrs experience with smallholder farmers, Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid driver’s licence, Computer literate especially conversant with Microsoft Office, Self starter with high integrity and strong interpersonal and team building skills, Good written and oral communication skills, must be able to meet strict deadlines and be able to produce required results with minimal supervision, Aged between 25 to 40 yrs
