Job Specifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B), a Master’s Degree, preferably in Commercial, Finance, or Corporate Law and should be qualified to practice law in any of the Bank’s Member States. Supplementary qualification in banking and finance will have a significant advantage. Ability to draft and negotiate documents in any of the other official languages of the Bank will be an added advantage;
- Strong legal background as a corporate lawyer in banking and finance;
- A minimum of 8-10 years post qualification managerial experience in a commercial or development banking environment or in related institutions;
