Sales Consultants - AMG GLOBAL Chartered Accountants – Blantyre, Lilongwe
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for prospecting, sales cycle planning and administration, and deal closure
A Bachelors Degree in a Business-related discipline + Minimum of 3 yrs experience in commercial sales, Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Proactive and Ethical, Knowledge of the regulations guiding the sales process
Develops, tracks, monitors and reports on sales prospects and pipeline on a weekly basis against target prospecting and deal closure rates, Issues and tracks sales quotations and records lost sales on a monthly basis, Negotiates and closes deals in line with set processes and procedures, Prepares and obtains approvals for weekly customer visits calendar, ensures that call reports for each visit are prepared and timely posted on the server, Executes 90 days tactical and action plans and reports performance against targets to the Sales manager on a fortnightly basis, Manages individual sales debtors and ensures that they are at all times contained with the company’s approved tolerance limits, Adheres to customer queries in line with set policies and guidelines, Adheres to performance management processes and procedures and assist in attaining the company’s established and department sales goals
