Accounts Administrator (re-advertised) – Press Corporation Ltd – Corporate Office in Blantyre
Will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Pension Fund including;; accounting, record keeping, pensions planning and risk management
Analytical skills and attention to detail, Honesty and integrity, Good communication skills, Computer literacy
Preparing management accounts, Carrying out bank reconciliation, Carrying out debtor’s ‘ and creditors’ reconciliations, Reconciling members’ balances, Processing pension refunds, Creating and updating member accounts, Assisting in handling tax issues for the fund, Liaising with external and internal auditors
Successful candidates should have a Diploma in Financial Accounting or its equivalent, Those with some relevant experience will have an added advantage, it is expected, however , the at the successful candidate will undergo an intensive on the job training
