To contribute to set revenue targets achievement by supporting the Retail and Enterprise tea through detailed revenue planning and customer analysis per segment, while ensuring continuous increase in usage and revenue market share, Being the champion for driving the brand equity for the airtel Money brand by driving ll the elements of the marketing mix in liaison with relevant sections and functions of the company
Supporting the achievement of the desired revenue from different revenue buckets, Increasing the average number and value of transactions per customer and usage of the service, Ensuring continuous innovation in the product and service offering, Strategy formulation and the Marketing Plan, Communication and Brand Visibility, Research
Bachelors degree in any Commercial Field, Telecommunications, Banking or any relevant field, Post graduate qualification in Marketing, Economics, or an MBA are an added advantage, Superior software skills especially in MS Excel, Access and Powerpoint
5 yrs of experience in Marketing, 3 yrs of experience in a marketing financial services and in a management position, Strong understanding of financial products with 2-3 yrs practical experience in customer data analysis, creation of presentations, etc
Ability to communicate effectively using both verbal and written communication, Ability to work within a team of professionals and coordinate activities across functional boundaries, Good appreciation of project management methodology, principles and best practices, Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines, with very minimal supervision, Ability to innovate and deliver value to business at multiple levels in a timely fashion, Ability to build and supervise teams
IT Operations Manager – Airtel
Dept: IT, Level :Manager, , Vacancy: IT Operations Manager, Location : Blantyre
Responsible for IT Infrastructure, Incident management with Partners, Call Centre Technology Operations and Projects
Reporting to the IT Director
IT infrastructure Management – Data Centre Management, , Understanding of LAN/WAN/WI FI technology, Knowledge of Email, End user Desktop/Laptop/Printer Support, Deep knowledge of IT Hardware, Virtualisation platform etc, Having knowledge of Telecom software e.g. CRM, Pre Paid/Post Paid Billing, Sound knowledge of BSS/OSS
Telecom biz. Process understanding – Knowledge of end to end Teco biz. Process from Acquisition to Provisioning, Deep understanding of voice, Data and VAS products
Call Center Technology – Understanding of Call Centre IT application functionality e.g. Inbound, outbound, IVR etc, Handling of call centre IT application operation and Projects
Incident Management- Ned to track incidents Sev1, Sev 2, Sev 3 with partners and ensure incident closure within SLA, Candidate need to find out the RCA and work upon on the same to reduce the repeat incidents
BE/BTech Computer Science or Telecommunication
No less than 5 yrs of Ex in IT, Telecommunication, Banking etc, Having experience in Telecom domain, IT automation projects, Project Management, Strong grasp on emerging telecom products and technology
Candidate need to have can do attitude, Partner management Skills, Conflict management, Self motivated, Effective business engagement, Disciplined, Strong communication skills, Need to align to work 24/7 whenever needed being in telecom industry, Indentifies partnership opportunities within across functions/domains to achieve the targets and bring success
