Accountant – Export Development Fund – Lilongwe
Motto – ‘Making exports grow’
 
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration
 
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management and financial reports to meet t the Fund’s requirements as statutory reporting deadlines, Monitor daily cash flows, investments, receivables and obligations to ensure timely availability of funds to met the organisations solvency requirements, Monitor and control departmental and corporate operating expenses in line with agreed budget plans, Handle internal and external audit matters, Implement taxation and other statutory requirements, Ensure that assets are adequately safeguard and insured, Perform any other duties as assigned
 
Must be holder of bachelors Degree Accounting form a reputable institution and ACCA or CIMA, Experience in a busy accounting office, preferably in a large organisation, Those with experience in external audit will have an added advantage, Have sound leadership skills, Competent accounting software user, Aged between 25 and 35 yrs, At least 5 yrs work experience

Human Resources and Administration Officer
 
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration,
 
Recruitment and skills development, Performance management and people development, Promote and maintain sound employer and employee relations in line with statutory requirements, Ensure personnel records are p to date, Manage staff leave and absenteeism, Facilitate the management of disciplinary and grievances, Advice line managers on appropriate industrial Relations avenue, Advice, coach and support on the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as provide solutions, HR reporting and administration, Coordinate development plans with specific objectives and target dates when requires, Drive employment equity and health and safety
 
HR Bachelors degree or equivalent obtained from a reputable institution, At least 5 yrs HR generalist experience, aged between 25 and 35 yrs, Working knowledge of labour laws, Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, Intermediate in Microsoft office, Interpersonal and communication skills
