Achieving Reduction of Child Labor in Support of Education (ARIS s a programme to combat child labor in tobacco-growing communities through education, mobilisation, economic empowerment and the promotion of a regulatory environment conducive to child labor prevention, ARISE is funded by the Japan Tobacco International (JTI) and jointly implemented by Winrock International WI) and the in International Labour Organisation (ILO), Winrock International is recruiting for a Temporary Finance and Administration Assistant position to support the program on a temporary basis

Manage all administrative aspects of office operations, including procurement, petty cash, maintenance of office and personnel records and handling of outside inquiries, Handle all front office functions, including answering phones, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office-vendor relationships, Monitor the vehicle log book to ensure consistent application of Winrock /ARISE vehicle policies and follow up on vehicle servicing schedule, Ensure that office filing systems and records are properly maintained, Assist with organising meetings, coordinating logistics and preparing necessary materials for programme activities such as trainings, meetings, evaluations, etc, Supervise office cleaning person as needed, take minutes at staff meetings and events and share these with the ARISE Malawi team, Assist in the preparation of financial and/or programmatic reports, Complete other tasks as assigned by Winrock
Diploma or above in Office Procedures/Administration/Secretarial Studies from a recognised and accredited college/university, excellent knowledge and skills of office management, logistics and administration, more than 3 yrs hands-on experience in day to day office support functions and administration for an international NGO preferred, The applicant must be a dedicated team player who both picks things up quickly and pays close attention to detail
