Key purpose is to provide ICT support, most specifically first line ICT support
Diploma in InformationTechnology or any other relevant qualification from a recognised institution, At least 2 yrs working experience in a similar position, Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2010/12 administration, Microsoft Exchange 2007 administration, Knowledge of SQL, Ability to resolve hardware/software faults, LAN and WAN working knowledge is desirable
