Professor/Associate Professor/Senior /Lecturer in testing, Measurement and Evaluations - Department of Educational Foundations (contract)
Minimum requirement for the position is a Masters of education in the specific contract area one is applying for, Those with a Doctoral Degree will have an added advantage
Successful applicants must have solid records in empirical scholarship as evidence by publications in referred journals and insn securing external funding related to established research lines with the potential for major grants
Should also have secondary school and college teaching experience for more less than 3 yrs in each particular case
Other defined desired qualifications include an understanding of developmentally responsive teaching appropriate to adolescents and adult teaching methods, experience with new technologies of instruction and commitment to collaborative programme development
Duties for the position will include teaching courses in both undergraduate and graduate programs, Successful applicant will also be expected to supervise and examine postgraduate dissertations, conduct research, participate in grant proposal writing and any other activities as may be assigned by the college.
