Report to : FP7 - Supporting LIFE Project investigator of LIN in Malawi
Collaborate with PI to conduct field studies and prepare progress report for research projects, Design, translate and customise data collection tools, Conduct data collection for different studies, Prepare materials (articles and presentations) for submission to granting agencies and foundations, Conduct literature reviews , Assisting students/interns (both international and Malawian) in developing research protocol, Assisting in research and M&E related activities in the Research and Development department, Provide ready access to all experimental data for the faculty researcher and/or supervisor, Communication and report project progress to international and local stakeholders and funders
Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree in Health Science or Information Technology, Strong knowledge of Research Project related affairs, Computer skill of Word and Excel, Language: fluent in English, Chichewa and Chitumbuka, Ability to work in a culturally diverse team and demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and written) with a wide range of audience (researchers, frontline health workers, govt officials and NGO partners) in a clear, courteous an defective way
Willing to provide knowledge transfer, to work with minimum supervision and work under pressure, database management (SQL related), basic data analysis software
