Deputy Chief of Party
Abt Associates, a major American research, technical assistance and consulting company, seeks highly qualified candidates for a potential health project, This 3 – 5 yrs project is designed to improve the health of Malawians through improved access to quality of and demand for health services at the facility and community levels and improved performance of district level health systems
All positions are contingent on project award, Professionals should have experience working with public and/or private sector actors to implement activities in support of health sector priorities, all candidates must have a minimum of 8-1- yrs of experience in a technical or managerial leadership position, an outstanding professional reputation, and strong interpersonal skills , For all positions a Masters Degree in Management, Public Health or other related discipline or Clinical Certification is preferred, Malawian experts are strongly encouraged to apply

Deputy Chief of Party – Will assist the Chief of Party in overall program management, ensuring production of high quality technical deliverables and responding to client needs, Must have breadth and depth of technical expertise in clinical quality improvement, health systems strengthening and/or community engagement, and experience implementing related capacity strengthening activities, must have senior level experience managing USAID projects involving multiple stakeholders and implementing partners
