 Responsibility• Responsible for generating revenue through new business and hunting new client logos in the Banking Domain across the assigned territory 

• Should provide sales and pre/post-sales support to help identify, qualify and close solution opportunities as depicted in the Business Plan for the fiscal year 

• Must be able to use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate solution-offerings to prospects 

• Should anchor proposal preparation activity, and work closely with presales and delivery managers in identifying appropriate solution for the prospects 

• Should participate in client analysis and planning, authoring marketing material 

• Should perform on-site client assessments to develop technology strategies and roadmaps and also form general account sales approach and strategy 

• Review solution specific sales strategies to ensure proper execution 

• Should prepare business development opportunity assessments and support sales in client meetings providing technical expertise and promoting business development 

• Develop and present solution presentations for client engagements 

• Develop and submit estimates, proposals, statements of work and engagement letters for client opportunities 

• Accountable for sales strategy, sales operation and client management 

• Should keep solutions pipeline up to date with all opportunities being worked in the BFSI space; Pass non-BFSI opportunities to other practice leaders
 
Requirement• Post graduate / MBA from a reputed institute 

• Should have experience in selling to customers in Banking vertical 

• Must be highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with good and effective communication skills 

• Willingness and ability to travel globally and function in a multicultural work and client environment 

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Skills & attributes like applied knowledge, business acumen, decision making skills, excellent presentation skills, customer management, execution excellence, results orientation, solution mind-set will be an added advantage
 
 Experience8+ years
