About the role
Early Years Education is of increasing importance given the increasing role of school and setting-led provision and the new requirement of Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). As the Partnership Development Co-ordinator you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Early Years Education Initial Teacher Training. You will be responsible for the development and leadership of partnerships with educational settings including early years settings, academies, schools and other educational settings across the country in order to stimulate demand for and facilitate delivery of the Faculty’s Early Years programmes.

You will passionate and committed to the work in Early Years Education and experienced in partnership development, building effective working relationships.
You will be a highly effective communicator and an excellent team player who is wholly supportive of other colleagues. You will have an enthusiastic, well informed, innovative approach to partnership development work.
