Role Summary/Purpose	In this role you will be working at GE's warehouse and providing support on material handling, storage and replenishment. Job is based in Beira, Mozambique.
Essential Responsibilities	Responsible for material and kitting support. Provide direction, material support, inventory planning and control.  Schedule, resolve issues, track material availability, and advise on material usage.  Design and implement processes and systems for control and replenishment of materials.  Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships.  Attain all aspects of production operation including safety, scheduling, quality, and team development in assigned areas
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in materials or manufacturing role). At least 1 year of experience in material management/supply chain roles. Ability to read, write and speak Portuguese language at a fluent level. Must have legal authorization to work in Mozambique.
Desired Characteristics	Knowledge of English language at least at pre-intermediate level. Previous experience working with Oracle and/or SAP enterprise systems. Willingness to work various shifts various days. Willingness to work in an industrial shop (railroad depot) environment.
