Job field Hygiene / Safety / Environment Contract type Permanent contract Job description We are currently recruiting for our subsidiary in Mozambique a QHSE MANAGER The Quality Safety Health and Environment Manager (QSHE) reports directly to Managing Director and he/she is responsible for all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment within the Bolloré Africa Logistics. Qhse •Implementation of the organisation system. •Compliance to the relevant Acts Quality •Maintain and grow Quality management system in Mozambique Regions  •Implement existing Group policies and standard formats and procedures as well as design new ones if needed. •Conduct regular internal audits for Quality. HSE •Support the HSE Team in the following areas as well as identify any new areas for improvement. •Assist with HSE Audits and Mitigations •Perform HIRA – Hazard identification Risk Assessments. •Assist the HSE team with reporting and documentation required to perform toolbox talks, inductions, JSA's  •Regular inspections of the Pipe Yard and Port. •Monthly KPI reporting to Regional and Corporate offices. •Regular reporting as set out by the clients requirements in terms of HSE. FCPA- Business Ethics •Compliance Officer for Project •Implement and monitor the Due Diligence/Business Ethics Process when recruiting new suppliers or subcontractors. •Report on a monthly basis to the Regional Compliance Officer Sustainable Development Introduce new ways of reducing our carbon footprint on the environment. Experience required •Able to accept responsibility and account for his actions, to effectively communicate both in writing and orally and to train various levels of employees, to travel as needed, to work in diverse working environments including indoors and outdoors in various conditions, to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) •Problem-solving, judgment, adaptability, dynamism •Able to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
