Applications are invited from suitably qualified and highly motivated graduates to the position of Management Trainee (quality) tenable in Blantyre.
The successful candidate will undergo two years Management Training program specifically designed for the Quality Section and will be expected to master quality control, quality systems and quality assurance functions for the production plants
Qualifications and Experiences
The ideal candidate should have the following;
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Basic knowledge of management of quality standards (ISO standards)
Personal attributes
• Excellent analytical, numerical and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong computer skills
• Good leadership skills
