Requirements for applicants
- Near-native/Native speakers of standard English.
- Doctor/Master in culture, English language, literature, linguistics, education or other degrees relevant to the above teaching tasks.
- With at least two-year teaching experience or equivalent working experience in university.
Remuneration Package
Standard of salary
- Lecturer: RMB 7,000- RMB 9,000 /month
- Assistant Professor: RMB 8,500-10,000 /month
- Associate Professor: RMB 7,500-RMB 12,000 /month;
- Professor: RMB 12,000 or above /month;
Salary for well-known professors and leading scholars is negotiable. (Tax included)
Free accommodation
We provide free accommodation on campus for long-term international teachers (one bedroom apartment or two bedroom apartment). (Fees of electricity, gas and toll call should be paid by individuals.)

Insurance & medical care
Long-term international teachers will entitle to public medical care the same as the other faculty members of the university. We also offer insurance for severe diseases, hospitalization and accidental injury for the international teachers under 65 during their working period in the university.

- America RMB 1,100 / month;
- Canada RMB1, 200 /month
- Western Europe: RMB 1,200 / month
How to Apply
Professors and associate professors, with a relevant graduate degree or above, and those with an abundant experience of teaching have priority. All applicants must submit the following:

- Teacher service record, if applicable
