Key Expert 2: Category I Expert (20 man – days)
AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd (Hungary) is looking for 2 Category I experts for the EU funded project "Technical Assistance to the PALOP - TL programme", location of assignment: Mozambique.
The project is currently at the bidding phase and we are looking for a team of experts (2 Key Experts) who would be interested in the implementation and possesses all qualifications and skills required for the positions. The assignment will start at the second half of August 2014 and will be concluded in September 2015 or later if necessary.
The proposed assignment provides technical assistance to the Coordination of PALOP-TL Programme to follow up and implement activities under the 10th FDF PALOP-TL programme, in line with the latest Ministerial meetings held in Dili (2013) and in Luanda (2014). In addition the service is expected to reinforce management capability during the transitional period from 10th to 11th EDF framework, and prepare the identification phase of the 11th EDF programme.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
· Availability to work in Mozambique during the implementation period (August 2014 – September 2015)
Qualifications and skills:
· University degree or equivalent;
· Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is a requirement;
· Fluency in English or French (spoken and written) is also a requirement, preferably in English, being the language of the specific contract.
General professional experience:
· At least 10 years of relevant professional experience;
· Communication and reporting experience and skills;
· Full computer and internet literacy;
Specific professional experience:
· Minimum 5 years of previous experience on Employment and Culture to developing countries;
· Solid knowledge of project and/or programme identification and design;
· Understanding of EDF procedures and of PCM tools Experience within the scope of institutional assessment and capacity development, including harmonisation and equivalence of professional qualification framework;
· Experience of work in previous PALOP-TL countries will be considered an advantage.
